Recipe:
Vodka Infusion 30ml
Pineapple Juice 45ml
Lime Juice 15ml
Rose Syrup 30ml
Dry Ice 1pc
Lemon Grass 1pc
Method:
Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka infused with cherry, rose syrup, lemon grass cordial & pineapple juice- shake with cube ice
Step 2: safety procedure – Put dry ice inside tea bag sachet of rose buds
Step 3: put that at the bottom of a julep cup and cover with crushed ice
Step 4: Pour all the ingredients in the julep cup
Garnish with lime wing, mint and dry lime
