Raffles Dubai’s contemporary Chinese restaurant The Noble House is set against a stunning art décor backdrop blending fiery Asian motifs and designs. Vivid red and glossy black interiors lend an aesthetic panache to the dining room while the kitchen, showcasing the Chefs at work, adds dramatic flair to this vibrant fine-dining restaurant. Adding a theatrical touch to the atmosphere, a traditional Tea Master will greet you by performing an impressive ritual, within the exciting setting at the apex of Raffles Dubai.

Not only does the restaurant offer a visual feast, it indulges the palate with a wide selection of Chinese specialities and boasts a menu comprising of fine modern Szechuan and Cantonese cuisine, considered to be the finest of China’s regional cuisines. Three delectable set menus of four, five and six courses offer an eclectic culinary choice of starters, soups, main courses and desserts. Each course at The Noble House is served elegantly in individual portions rather than family-style, detracting from most Chinese restaurants in Dubai.
