Ingredient Quantity
Paneer cut into cube size 120 gm
Green Peas 1 Cup
Tomato puree 1 Cup
Cream fresh 3 Tbsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
Green chilli chopped 2-3 No
Coriander powder 2 Tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder ½ Tsp
Kasoori methi ½ Tsp
Garam masala ½ Tsp
Salt to taste
Kaju paste ¼ Cup
Method:
- Heat oil in a Pan. Add Cumin seeds and sauté till its splutter.
- Add green chilies and tomato puree and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add cashew nut paste, sauté for 2 mints and reduce flame.
- Add the green peas and paneer and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add fresh cream stir to mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Add kasoori methi powder, garammasala and chopped coriander and mix well.
- Remove in serving plate and garnish with little kasoori methi, cream and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with paratha or roti.
